Fire Escapes are one of Boston’s most popular and demanding services. We have provided secured and remarkable steelwork throughout the Boston area from hotels, apartments, public buildings, and businesses.

From brand new fire escape to repairs, you can trust our work when it comes to ensuring public safety in cases of an emergency.

We are licensed to inspect and certify your fire escape by the provisions of the Massachusetts State Building Code, Chapter 1001.3.3. Certification is required every 5 years by a Massachusetts Registered Professional Licensed Fire Escape Installer or acceptable to the Building Official.

    Eddie and his crew are impressive. As anyone knows who has owned property for 30 years and hired dozens of contractors…there are good ones, and bad ones. Eddie is one of the best. They show up on time, and they finish on time. His workers are careful, safe, and thorough. They clean up after themselves, and are careful not to get your apartment messy as they work! I highly recommend them. Eddie takes care of the Inspection Affidavit filing for the city (and that satisfies your insurance company). Our building is a 4 level, 120 yr old brick building in the South End of Boston with iron fire escapes on the back facade.

    I contacted Eddie earlier this week because my mom was coming home from the hospital with potential mobility issues and I needed a railing installed on two flights of outdoor stairs. I asked him if there was any way that he could do it the same week and even told him it didn’t have to be beautiful, just functional. Boy did he and his crew deliver! They were able to construct and install a railing in a couple of days and it is not only functional and sturdy, but is also beautiful! They did great work for a fair price and I am so grateful that they were able to to get it done quickly so my mom would be safe getting home 🙂 Thank you Eddie!
